Ssl-cert gives out data, is it safe?

When nmap scans port 443, it shows information about the ssl certificate.
For example, this is what it gives out for Yandex.

I decided to check my site, and saw that all the data that I entered was also displayed.
And completely ssl-cert: Subject: commonName=Name/organizationName=org/stateOrProvinceName=Oleg/countryName=UA
Everything that I entered when I generated the certificate, nmap issued with giblets. I don't know much, I just want to make sure it's safe?
What are these lines in general and do they need to be changed as the ssl generator asks? What can an attacker do with this data?

Well, you can admire them ...
nmap issues them to check whether it is the right certificate. Thousands of dummies use left certificates, and even the one that comes as an example in the Apache module.
