SSH Putty - Using MULTIPLE number of proxies on Putty or etc.?

There is an excellent program for SSH connection and tunneling on Windows - Putty.
However, this program in the settings can use only ONE proxy.
Is it possible to use MANY proxies for SSH tunneling at the same time?
Perhaps there is such an alternative to Putty?

This is not a task for the terminal client, use the proxy .
