Guys is an old motherboard

cry

which only supports SATA2.
The plans are to completely change the hardware, but now we urgently need to overclock the computer for work.
Actually I want either
such

or
such

get ssd.
Will there be a noticeable increase in speed? or for SATA2 it does not make sense to take and it is better to update the motherboard first?

The increase in speed will be very noticeable.
Since we are talking, as far as I understand, about an SSD drive for the system, then there is no difference at all between SATA2 and SATA3 will work the same way.
The most important thing is mat. the board is quite fresh and supports AHCI mode - be sure to enable it in the BIOS, it will work noticeably worse on IDE. Better than HDD though. By the way, HDD in AHCI mode also works noticeably better.
