SSD died on a new laptop, under warranty. What to do?

Over the past few days, the laptop has been terribly stupid. This morning it refused to turn on at all, the BIOS (not the OS that is on the disk, but the BIOS) reports an error reading the disk.
SSD died on a new laptop, under warranty. What to do? Can I make a copy and then delete the content before contacting the service center?
The disc contains unique, valuable and confidential information. How to build communication with the store and service center?

@customtema

and the store and the SC to F what do you have there and who do
you want to delete for sure - change it, leave this one
for peace of mind, write to the manufacturer
, and if it was encrypted in hardware - there is a chance that strangers will not read it

You need to decide for yourself what is more expensive - data, a disk, or a possible data leak.
Either you return the disk as it is and repair it under warranty, or you destroy the disk and buy a new one, of course, there is no question of any guarantee, or you give the disk for restoration - then there is no guarantee or confidentiality, but the opportunity to return the data.
