SSD and BitLocker?
Good morning! I want to encrypt my system disk with Windows, but they say that it is unnecessary to do it on an SSD with SandForce technology. I still don’t understand, that because of the movement of the cells it will violate the integrity of the encrypted information, why not? I have a Kingston A400 256Gb, can I encrypt it?

You can safely encrypt - I have the same kingston for a year, the year is encrypted. No issues, no slowdown, no data corruption.
Ps if the task is to hide the presence of data, I advise you to look at the veracrypt with the "double bottom" mode instead of the bitlocker.
No problem - the disk generally doesn't care what's going on there at the FS level.
TRIM will not work only on an encrypted disk - this must be taken into account.
