Srv1cv83.service could not be found. Why is server 1s not installed?

I'm trying to raise the 1C server on a virtual machine. Tried to install DEB version 8.3.18.1208 and 8.3.18.1289. Tried ubuntu server both 20.04 and 18.04. I even tried a bunch of guides, but after installation it displays: srv1cv83.service could not be found. I don't even know which way to dig

valid for CentOS Linux release 7.8.2003 (Core)
after installation manually create a link
for x86
ln -s /opt/1cv8/i386/8.3.18.1289/srv1cv83 /etc/init.d/srv1cv83
for x64
ln -s /opt/1cv8 /x86_64/8.3.18.1289/srv1cv83 /etc/init.d/srv1cv83
and
then chkconfig srv1cv83 on
systemctl start srv1cv83
