SprintWork blocks antivirus updates. How to fix?

There is soft - SprintWork. Installing and running which blocks the update of the antivirus, Avira.
That is, I installed the program, pressed "Start monitoring" and Avira immediately loses connection to the network, writes "connect fail". Restores updates only after uninstalling SprintWork.
Stopping the program, turning it off, does nothing. The antivirus does not want to be updated.
I talked to the developer, but I couldn't find the cause of the problem.
