Last question, springframework - but is it meant for android development or website development?

There is a special project projects.spring.io/spring-android
But I didn’t use it myself

Spring for Android doesn't seem to exist. There is Roboguice, AndroidAnnotations, Transfuse, but everything is based on annotations.
