The essence of my question is this: I really want to purchase a subscription to Spotify Premium. But there is a nuance - you need to make a payment using Paypal, moreover, it is registered in a country supported by the spotify itself.
The task is easy. I registered with the help of an American proxy on a fake paypal. Transferred money to him from a Russian account. I happily went to the transaction page, when a problem arose - no matter how much money you have on the account itself, you need a confirmed American credit card.
I tried to enter American Express credit cards at random, with the condition of the operation mod 10, but this did not work. Even if he likes everything in the filled fields, he will still give an error that, they say, there is no such credit card, my friend.
It didn't work with test numbers either.
And what should I do in this situation, how to deceive the malicious Paypal and enjoy the music?

Paypal is better not to cheat, they can get banned. Wouldn't it be better to find someone you know from the States who can pay for you? IMHO the easiest option.
Well, or google "virtual credit card for paypal verification". I heard that people use these services and that they work, but I have not used it myself, so I will not recommend it.
