Sphinx How to index Yo and Latin?

In general, the question is this ..
Is it possible to somehow index the field in the sphinx so that when match('@lname levin') is specified in the query, it searches for: "levin", "levin", "levin", "lyovin" ( Naturally, everything is case insensitive)?
It is clear that the generator of options and search for them all, but still, maybe a smart system can do it itself?
