Speaker volume control

Ask for advice from those who understand electronics.
The volume control on the speakers was tragically broken off the board.

Gluing it back is not an option, because. his insides were also affected.

Is it possible to do something on the board itself (solder something or close) to get at least a static volume level?

@cyberkot

Go to Mag. email components with a broken one, buy the same one (it costs 20-50 rubles), unsolder the remaining legs, solder the new one back.

This is called a detail - a potentiometer (in your case, linear, there are also digital ones), it has an important characteristic - resistance. the easiest way is to go, as already recommended, to the store and buy the same one (if it is close at face value, then you will have to conjure with the resistor, add it to the circuit ...). The nominal capacity is indicated on the part that is in the upper figure (for example, B10K, which means 10 kilo ohms)
