SourceTree hung and now considers all files stored in the repository. How to fix?

SourceTree hung. But the shipment was not completed. now all files are considered updated. Although BitBucket does not have a single file in the repository.
1. How to make everything go to the server?
2. Also, for some reason, .hgignore does not work. Updated a few files, added them to hgignore but they still show up in the changelog. How to fix?
