Where are the settings that answer exactly where to upload changes from bitbucket?

Good afternoon.
The two sites dev and prod were on the same server. After migrating prod to a new server (dev remained on the old one), the changes from bitbucket stopped uploading to the dev site. But on the new server, a folder with the dev site has been created and the changes are uploaded there.
What settings need to be corrected so that changes from the desired branch are uploaded to the old server where the desired dev site is located?
