Sound output to speakers when a MacBook Pro headset is connected

Hello!
Actually the question is - is it possible to output sound to the speakers when a headset is connected in OS X (MacBook Pro)?
I remember that in Windows this was easily implemented in the sound settings and choosing another output. Here, when you connect a headset, there are only headphones in the output and that's it.
