Sound not working on Windows but works on Ubuntu?

The sound does not work in Windows, or you have to stick the jack out of the connector a little and twist it until it works (in the best case, only 1 headphone will work, and the sound will turn off at the slightest shaking). At first I thought that the connector was gouged, but in Ubuntu (it costs the second system), the sound works without problems.

I can assume that the driver in Windows monitors the state of the socket (plug inserted or not). In theory, the socket is arranged so that when the plug is inserted, an additional contact opens, which leads to deactivation of the front panel and sound transmission to the audio card sockets. Perhaps in the driver under Ubuntu this is not taken into account and the sound, regardless of whether the plug is inserted or not, is directed to it. Vsteaki worth a better look at the connector, ring with a multimeter.
