Sound is muted on the Chrome start page and in search. How to fix ?

Faced a problem. Allowed access to the microphone in Chrome and now any played sound is muted if I am in the search or on the start page. As soon as I open a new tab where there is no voice search, everything becomes normal. Turning the microphone on and off in the settings does not help. Please tell me how to turn it off.

Maybe some plugins for Chrome trigger this feature?
Also, maybe this will help?
