Flexible customization of Google Chrome tabs

I noticed that the performance of the interface and rendering of Chrome is better than that of Firefox, I decided to change the browser.
However, the number of Chrome settings surprised me: there are practically none.
I would like to know how to solve the following problems:
1. Remove crosses from tabs
2. Always open a new tab to the right of the current one.
3. Do not close the last tab.
4. Remove the huge Google inscription from each new page.

the first and the last seem to be impossible, but the rest seems to be there anyway. when you close the last tab, the browser closes, a new one and so on to the right of the current one.
