Sound correction question

In general, there is a purely voice recording. It was done on a microphone without wind protection and at close range.
Accordingly, in several places we get the following:

What are the options for correcting?
Simple normalization, of course, does not give any result. The rattling remains.

there is a noise/click removal filter in the audio, but it is useless to hope for a miracle. This noise cannot be completely eradicated.

You can play around with the Declipper options included with the iZotope RX package.

You can try deesser (removes unnecessary hissing), the same clipper I don’t remember what it’s called in the audio (there seems to be a built-in one), + compression.
