sound blocking plugin

I do not like it when without my knowledge the page starts to play sound. I want to block by default for all pages, but I can't find the plugin (google chrome).

chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/mutetab/nmkbaaijgpppbokgnhhoakihofedkgcc I
use this one, all tabs are muted by default, if I want to look somewhere - in the quick access menu, with one click, I turn on the sound for a specific tab, muffles 95% of sounds, sometimes it occurs that passes the filters :) You can also try Ad block
"Websites (typically HTML5 games) that make sound using the web audio JavaScript API, which was released around the time when MuteTab came out, are not detectable."

@ash_kgd

try this plugin chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/fjccknnhdnkbanjilpjddjhmkghmachn
or create msacm32.dll file and put it in chrome folder, usually C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application
file is responsible for sound in Flash player, checked in IE, FF and Chrome
is it not possible to turn on the sound when it is needed?
