What video formats for html5 are needed?
Hello, help me figure out the formats, a lot of sources and everyone writes differently, it seems that every month browsers support formats. As a result, now in the middle of 2018 what is needed and why. webm and mp4? Is ogv necessary? As I understand it, apples now (and maybe always support mp4), although when I connect webm above mp4 on an apple, the video does not start, only the poster is shown, when changing places in chrome, the autoplay works every other time, and when clearing the cache, it does not start at all and it stopped working in YaB, tell me who is in the subject, what is needed and in what formats to connect, so that users of new web kits (2015+) mozilla and apples (well, if possible, ie 9+), the rest are not lucky, could see the videos on the site?
P.S. about the muted for chrome in the subject, it's not about the tag

Two options
Option 1 (complex):
1. The video must be .mp4 compressed to H.264, the ffmpeg converter can be downloaded here https://ffmpeg.org/download.html
2. Insert the video tag https://html5css into the site with a regular video tag .ru/tags/tag_video.php
3. Rejoice
Option 2 (Easy):
1. Upload video to YouTube
2. Insert video from YouTube to the site
