Sony Xperia P and HTC One S. Which would you choose?

Hi all!
It's time to buy a new smart. The choice fell on these two strong men.
Basically yuzal only Sonya. I had nothing to do with HTC. I would like to hear feedback from the owners of the devices of this company and about the HTC One S in particular.
Interested in:
- Enough powerful stuffing. To forget about changing the device for a year or two.
- Rich functionality. You need "a little bit of everything".
- The quality of materials, the survivability of the hull. Sonek didn't notice any problems with this. How about HTC?
I like both devices in style, I'm not picky in this regard :)
Considering all their pros and cons - which smart would you choose?

I use HTC Incredible S, while I'm satisfied with the performance, the functionality of all Android phones is the same. The survivability of my model is excellent, it has survived many unpleasant blows. That is why I will choose HTC One S if something happens to my device. Yes, and I'm used to Sense.
