Sony vaio vpc z12r9 laptop gets very hot, what should I do?

Friends, hello everyone!
Tell me, does anyone have a vaio vpc z12r9 laptop? It started getting very hot, changed the paste to mx4, blew everything and the screw, and it still shows 60 degrees without load ..
