Sometimes (every 20-30 starts) the computer does not turn on (everything works, spins, lights up, but there is no signal to the monitor). The speaker emits 3 long beeps, the DRAM indicator lights up on the motherboard. After I turn it off and on again, everything works.
Computer new ~2 months, accessories:

• Motherboard: ASRock B460M Pro4
  
• Processor: intel core i5-10400
  
• RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY Black RGB
  
• Power supply: Aerocool Cylon 600W
  

The RAM chip is one for 8GB, and it is in the last slot (4th), can this somehow affect?

Carefully insert the RAM. You can clean the contacts with an eraser.
