Something is blocking the Internet, how to understand?

I recently installed KinderGate, and I decided to remove it later, after removing it, only google.com and youtube.com worked for me (Since I'm from Ukraine, I didn't check sites like vk.com, etc.), the proxy connects but it doesn’t work with sites, I didn’t find anything interesting in the registry, in services and processes, too, when I go to a site other than google.com and youtube.com after a second it says there is no Internet access, IP addresses are pinged in the console, but when I go to the site by ip address, it does not work.

Nobody helped, I just had to reinstall Windows.
