Some photos on the MEGA cloud were broken, recovery through programs does not help, how to restore photos?

Some of the photos on Mega that used to display correctly now look broken - gray and colored blocks - after cleaning on redmi 7 (I suspect). I download, the miniatures are whole. Restoring through programs does not help. How to recover photos?

I don’t quite understand how mega can give you broken files, everything is hashed there to the very least, either it won’t give the file or it will give the correct one.
Have you tried it through the off site mega.nz?
