Some modules are not updated in Xubunty 16.04. Why?

Hello everyone,
Actually, after installing xubuntu 16.04, there are 3 non-updated packages hanging in the application manager.

If you update through the application manager, then it just hangs halfway through the progress.
If through the terminal, then it says that these packages will be left in the unchanged version.

Question: what is wrong with them and why should they be updated? :)
