A tool for recording useful little things?

Good afternoon!
Each of us in the work had to deal with such a thing as useful little things.
These are commands that do something useful but are too long to remember, or short scripts of 3-4 commands.
These are small TODO records.
Interesting links or HOWTO.
All this does not look like articles in any knowledge base within the company, but I would very much like to have this information at hand at any time (somehow a cloud service, preferably cross-platform)
I.e. desirable - the ability to quickly write down information (link, piece of text, list), the ability to quickly view and find this information (tags, for example). Plus, it works on both Windows and Linux. The website, or the agent on the computer, it doesn't matter.
Tried Evernote - didn't like it.
Now I use Trello.
Is there anything more convenient? I would be grateful for interesting solutions.
PS Hubs indicated approximate, tk. I haven't found the best one yet.)

What's wrong with Trello?

Any outliner - keepnote (python), outwiker (c++), MyTetra (c++), zim (pearl) has already been suggested above.
MyTetra has some kind of synchronization functionality via the Internet.
I also tried to use keepnote by putting the directory in the dropbox, but it turns out a little buggy.

Simplenote (service) + ResophNotes (Windows client).
Under Linux, I don’t see a full-fledged separate client, but there are plugins for various software and something on perl.
Organization: flat list of notes + tags. In ResophNotes, link navigation is a la wiki.

I use GQueues - rather as a service for GTD, but any note is very conveniently placed there. Sorting, tags, reminders, android client.

You can look at emacs org-mode, or vim-orgmode if you have an emax intolerance
