How to properly configure lvm and iscsi?

In general, such a situation, a target is created with lvm on Centos 7, after XenServer is connected to it, the following happens, until the network storage is rebooted, everything works fine, no additional lvm is visible inside, but as soon as the storage is rebooted, then firstly the target cannot use lvm because it uses other logical partitions that XenServer created.
When you try to add the lun to the target configuration again, an error is generated that the device is already busy, but if you disable all nested volumes, you can create the lun again and activate the nested volumes
