Some images are not loaded from the server, why?

Good afternoon, I uploaded a couple of photos to the server, one is perfectly displayed on the site, the 2nd one just loads from the server for a long time, and that's it. For example, I go to site.ru/images/photo1.jpg - I look through photo 1, I go to site.ru/images/photo2.jpg - that's it, the download is in progress, and so on endlessly. Maybe something is wrong with the photo? they were made with different cameras.
green is loaded, red is not.
