Some analytic.press script is connected - how to find it?

On one site in the console I see:
GET r.analytic.press/?id=XXXX®=YY&orig=http%3A%2F%2... net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT

I searched in the files, I didn’t find this domain (I even looked at base64 - what’s there written next to it, and everything that seemed suspicious). Actually the question is: what is this garbage and how to find it?

Maybe there is some component that can scan Joomla files and those installed by the component for "something suspicious"?

This exposes Rostelecom to its advertising banners in unencrypted HTTP traffic.

This file is added by Russian providers to add advertising.
