I have experience with both buying and returning ( refusing to send ) Kindles from Amazon. In a nutshell, everything is elementary and reliable as an ax - for $ 160 (wifi) the Kindle is brought by a courier about a week after the purchase. As practice has shown, the presence of 3G does not bring much profit, so the benefit from it, subjectively, is doubtful. Although each has its own use cases, it may be useful to you.
You can order no more than one Kindle, the next one is desirable only after the delivery of the previous one, otherwise you risk running into greedy people at customs. If you run into customs, you will have to refuse the package and wait for a refund, Amazon returns the money in full, including shipping costs, but it takes about three weeks.
