Export notes from Kindle?

The ecosystem from Amazon is wildly convenient for users who exclusively purchase books from Amazon :-(
At the slightest attempt to go beyond, it immediately becomes inconvenient.
There is a problem with Russian books and their files - they do not save highlights and annotations. That is, I read the book, highlighted everything and... paragraph. Nothing can be exported.
From the old version of Kindle for Android, we managed to extract unencrypted notes and highlights *.mbp ,
but unfortunately they look like:

{
                "creationTime": "2015-05-07 15:12:46.180",
                "type": "kindle.highlight",
                "endPosition": "219839",
                "lastModificationTime": "2015-05-07 15:13:05.710",
                "startPosition": "219833"
            }

i.e. there is a start and end place in the book. If someone will be so kind and write a script that does this, there will be no limit to my happiness =)
