[Solved] How to Make Notification Area Background Transparent in Ubuntu 12.04?

For some reason, the icons in the Notification Area have a white background.

Anyone else using Gnome Classic? I've asked questions on various forums, it feels like everyone is using something different. But what?

Who cares, I solved the problem by switching from Xinerama to TwinView

I changed gnome2 to mate-desktop, six months the flight is normal.
