Solutions for unsupported RDP\VPN on Windows 10?

Guys, and with the release of all sorts of newfangled stripped-down windows, is there any distribution that would be able to cisco vpn + rdp / ssh?
We have a fleet of machines on win 10. Suddenly, two types of clients appeared: for some, vpn is not supported on windows higher than 8.1, for others, rdp does not support the top ten.
There is no way to influence customers or refuse services. Hence virtuals. But given the tasks, I would like a minimum of loads.
Or am I looking in the wrong place? I tried all kinds of compatibility modes - it didn't work. His office is small, there are simply no AD and other things.
