How to connect to VPN on mac?

Are there any clients to connect to vpn on mac?
it doesn’t connect through the default manager or it doesn’t always connect (you need to switch Wi-Fi and immediately poke on connect to the VPN then it rolls but also not always).
macOS 10.9

In general, on 10.9 there are problems with the VPN.
I am using Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client

I connect to Cisco IPSec VPN and L2TP without problems with a regular client on MacOS, from 10.7 to 10.9.
What VPN are you talking about?

softinu but what to do next, how to actually get access to the grid?
In the MAC, I went into the network settings, added Cisco IPSec and entered the data - to no avail.
When trying L2TP - also unsuccessfully.
