Software for video surveillance with recording on the main stream?

For home use there are 3 ip cameras. There is a machine under windows on which ContaCam is installed and is engaged in motion recording.
The problem is that Chinese cameras in the MainStream stream pour a picture, because of this, false positives. Therefore, I had to push everything onto the SubStream stream.
I heard there is some software that looks exactly at SubStream and writes according to the movement of MainStream. This is even correct.
Maybe someone already uses it?
PS: What I use is good because it supports detection zones, has its own web server with preview gifs, and allows you to run scripts on the move. But it is preferable to have a web server.
Attempts to find out the source of the sprinkled picture led to the conclusion that the camera firmware was not perfect, and it was impossible to fix it.

If it doesn't bother you that the software is not free, I can recommend such a server.
Not advertising (I’ve just been using it for 5 years), writes the main stream, detects any one of your choice, maybe by zones with a perspective, maybe several detection masks, a bunch of modules (though, mostly for a fee). There are drivers for a bunch of cameras, maybe for ONVIF, there is a web android-iPhone. The server loads adequately.
