How to fit Windows into Grub?
I installed Windows then Ubuntu. Grub understood everything, and when turned on, it gave a choice.
But in ubuntu i removed the disk "Ripped by the system"-100mb
And after reboot only ubuntu works in Grub. Can it be fixed? and how?

There is a suspicion that you are missing these files. Until I slammed them, Windows did not disappear from grub.
1. Restore Windows boot
2. Either reinstall ubuntu or reinstall grub
1) Restore the Windows bootloader (it was on the partition you deleted, now you can put it on the same partition as Windows)
2) Restore GRUB
