Software for tracking the actions of the installer?

Task: it is required to track all the main actions of the installer, i.e.: copying files, registering services, working with the registry and launching applications when finished. I plan to use this data to restore the functionality of applications without a complete reinstallation of the system or the applications themselves.
What can you advise?

regmon, filemon - the first thing that comes to mind. I used it when I wrote a batch installer for programs.

WinInstall LE keeps track of all changes, builds msi packages. A very handy thing: "take a picture BEFORE", "take a picture AFTER".

A few years ago, they actively used Ashampoo Uninstaller
Alas, in practice, this is far from a panacea - it is still impossible to clean out bulky and complex software without leaving a trace.

I use Comodo Programs Manager

A whole image of a vend with installed junk. Like TrueImage or something like that.
It is necessary to ask a question in what case reinstallation of a single software is required. Usually when the system is irretrievably infected or broken.

Ashampoo UnInstaller definitely. It can take snapshots of the file system and registry, save reports and compare them, and then clean up all this garbage without a trace. And the latest versions even track in real time. Previously, it seemed that even according to the report, the installer was packing, but I don’t know how it is now ...
