Software for recording video from the screen + audio (incoming and outgoing)?

Kind.
faced with the task, at first it was just necessary to write video from the screen, then they diversified that the sound was needed first only speakers or headphones, then it turned out that it was necessary to write the sound completely, i.e. and a microphone to boot.
Is there software that allows you to do this? open source or not, it doesn't matter, the main thing is that 100% work out your own.
Thanks for the options
ZY without changing traditions + to everyone :)

ffmpeg. For example, I have this alias:

alias recdesktop='ffmpeg -f x11grab -s 1920x1080 -r 8 -i :0.0 -sameq '

We add there also a sound recording and we get what we want.

Fraps, Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3.1, Wirecast, XSplit Broadcaster
Everything seems to allow not only broadcasting, but also writing locally.
Well, yes - ffmpeg

VLC.
Separately, the sound of windows itself can write.

The said camtasia did it best of all.
The new Microsoft Expression Encoder

Total Screen Recorder seems like the most sane thing. True, it's not free.

https://sourceforge.net/projects/screencapturer/files - based on ffmpeg
www.ffsplit.com/download - free alternative to Xsplit
