Software for organizing music on a computer?

Perhaps not the right forum for discussing music, but among programmers, developers, junirs and hackers, there are probably music lovers who want to organize music on a computer. Windows 7 and newer))
The question is this: I tried many different cloud and streaming music services such as Deezer, Spotify, SoundCloud, Google Music, Yandex.Music, etc. Everyone has pros and cons, but in the end I came to the conclusion that it’s best to store music on your computer or server, with the ability to quickly transfer playlists to your phone / player / flash drive, because in the above services there is no such possibility, you can’t from there Download the music. And, if you store music on your computer, then you need to somehow systematize the music. The option "just put into folders" is not suitable when the music is more than 10Gb.
Please tell me good programs / applications for:
0. tagging music
1. compiling playlists
2. perhaps, to search for the original name on the Internet, if the track has lost it (so as not to sit with Shazam)
3. identifying duplicates not only by name, but also by content
4. general analysis of the music collection
5. linking / synchronization of Windows and Android (software is needed for these platforms)
6. in general, any programs on this topic
Music is an integral part of the life of many of us, therefore, it seems to me that this discussion will not offtopic.

Since the OS is not specified in the topic, we consider that we are working under Windows 7 and newer.
0. TagScanner - free, supports group operations, fill in tags from online databases, recovers tags from folder structure and filenames, decomposes tracks, creating folders by tags. For me - perfect, I could not find better.
1. iTunes. Genius is especially pleased - compiling a playlist based on the data of one track.
2. TagScanner helps sometimes.
3. If I remember correctly, the tag scanner can also do
it 4. I didn't really understand the essence. Interested in collection statistics or what?
5. iTunes is synchronized with WindowsMobile, it's sad with android. But you can.
6. AIMP has a library and a tag editor, it’s also a good option in the trailer, but I don’t know about synchronization with android, I always dragged tracks to my phone with pens.

415 gigabytes of mp3 music (more than 60K tracks). Arranged in folders. Very, very convenient. And all because folders are authors, subfolders are albums. I don’t download by the piece, I personally don’t need sorting by genre.
For listening, I use 1by1, it allows you to play folders without creating playlists (there are also playlists, but I don’t need them). I copy it to the player with a self-written powershell script that randomly selects and writes tracks.

Look for a media server. They can sort content as you like, there are plenty of them, taste and color ...
DLNA or AirPlay can be a big plus if you want to walk around the house with headphones (within Wi-Fi reach) and you won’t have to constantly upload / delete files on phone.
And if you want to take music with you when you leave home, then such things are usually done by native applications of phone companies like iTunes.

Amarok does a good job of sorting, Rhythmbox also, if you don’t want to drag extra libraries

You can even use telegrams to store music ... You send tracks, for example, to yourself / to a bot / to your channel and that's it, the tracks will always be there ... And from the phone there is always access from the PC ... Constant synchronization, i.e. . I added it on the phone, it is also on the computer ...
Of course, there is no solution with compiling playlists and so on
