Software architecture or Network application architecture?

This is a choice in the university, in the future I am going to teach both. But for now, you have to choose one. What should be learned first. I'm a Software Engineering student, whatever I choose will go into my degree. What is more in demand?

The question sounds like "learn vowels or consonants, which is more in demand."
If you plan to work in IT at all, then everything that you learn at the institute is only the first step to becoming an intern. And not even a path.
No matter what you choose, you will have to learn both and much more.
