What is a collaborative programming service?

Good time,
the essence of the task is simple: several people should see one screen with Visual Studio, the code can be edited, compiled, run. Needed to learn programming.
You can use the studio on your computer, share the screen via Skype, but only I can edit the code, while others will only watch, this greatly complicates learning.
There are online compilers (including for C#), but the maximum that is possible there (as far as I know) is the console. There is no way to launch a WPF project, for example.
What other options are there?
