Social network - with the registration of "thematic profiles"?
Hello,
We are starting a social network project, we are considering the WP + BuddyPress + UserPro option , but the question arose - how to implement the registration of thematic profiles to which the profile creator will not have access? Plus, it would be desirable to have another form of registration for thematic profiles.
Let me explain with an example : I am a registered/authorized user of a thematic site and I want to create a profile for a certain type of flower, for example, a cactus. I created a profile for a cactus and now everyone can subscribe to it, write to it on the wall about their stories with cacti, rate it, but no one can enter it, write on its behalf and delete messages/posts accordingly, etc.
If you have any ideas for other solutions, I'd love to hear it.- for example, maybe through the creation of template pages that will look like a profile?
P.S. In UserPro, the support was offered an inappropriate option - manually for the admin to "approve" ordinary profiles, but "not approve" thematic profiles. Firstly, manual work, and secondly, the same form of registration.
Thanks in advance!

Hmm, I didn’t deal with BuddyPress, but mb create a new role, give it creation rights, take away the rest of the rights, add a regular / thematic user switch in the registration form (well, or issue another form)?
Plugin WP-Recall and instead of a profile - start a group - cacti. Everything will be as you described.
