SNMP: Creating your own OID on Mikrotik with data output from the script. Maybe?

Hi all. I'm interested in the possibility of outputting data via the SNMP protocol from my script on Mikrotik.
Purpose: to receive the output of the command "/interface lte at-chat lte1 wait=yes input="AT^CHIPTEMP\?"" to the monitoring system to control the temperature of the LTE modem.
ps I know that in a normal debian this can be arranged by customizing the /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf file
(Add the line "extend .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.8.4 df /home/user/test.sh")

Mikrotik model LHG R.
If this is not possible, please suggest alternatives for how data can be transferred to the monitoring system.

And how do you want to do it: by sending an SNMP trap or by polling?
The second is simpler - you can test the snmp-walk utility with the MIB hive of the base ....
And to catch the ladder - you need to correctly configure the daemon in the config ...
Or do you have a problem with the configs on the Ruter itself exclusively?
