Where can I complain about advertising messages constantly coming to my phone from Letual?
Messages come for some Elena. I have never shopped in a store and never intend to.
The feedback form on the site for any text entered gives:
“An error occurred while sending a message. Please try again later."
For some reason, telephone operators ask my last name, first name, patronymic and promise to turn off the service within 10 days. I tried to turn it off 3 times, but to no avail.
At the same time, to get through to them, you need to hang on the line for 10 minutes.
Can an operator (megaphone) help in this matter?

Maybe. Complain to them that spam is coming from this number.
