Smartphone stopped turning on. What to do?

Hello! Once again, I remembered my abandoned android smartphone (HighScreen Ice 2), which was lying somewhere in a drawer. Sometimes I recharged it so that the battery would not die at all. But today he did not want to charge at all, i.e. did not turn on after 5 minutes of charging, as it was before. I left it for a longer period, but this also did not lead to anything.
The computer does not react to it in any way; in the Device Manager, it does not appear in any way and does not even flicker for a couple of seconds when connected to a PC (while the PC “bounced” a couple of times when I connected it to it).
As I understand it, the phone has become nothing more than a brick .. What can be done with it? How to revive? And is it even possible?
PS. All the guides talk about recovery, but he refuses to start it (he kept the necessary buttons, but the result is zero), that's why he climbed here.
P.S.S. The device is a spare device, and therefore I want it to work anyway and there is no desire to throw it away, and I hope that Toaster users will help me somehow.

Android remained 4.4?
Is there a fresh firmware?
If a. Well no.
Just write off. Yes, stone and RAM are not bad. But the price of a new analogue is 2 - 3 of the cost of repairs.
And plus a fresh android.
