It occurred to me to make receiving calls and smart recognition is similar to "Oleg's voice assistant (Alfa Bank)" on raspberry 4b. Are there any articles or sources, open source, etc.? What could help make this happen.

It will not work to make voice recognition that is close in quality to Oleg / Google / Alice on Raspberry, because it requires large computing resources.
But you can use their api - for example, Yandex has a speech kit

I disagree with the author above (more precisely, I could argue in some details). I just did a project that required voice recognition in a cart. Be sure to look towards Vosk / Vosk_small. It's better than the speech kit. Recognition is almost like Oleg's. Even in a pre-trained form, without your additional training. At the same time, it is Open Source. This is SOTA currently among the free voice recognition solutions.
