Smart phone for work?

We need a smart phone that has the ability to:

• speakerphone (clear) and hands-free dialing
  
• view all missed calls, caller identification
  
• call hold / if the line is busy, ask the client to wait, be able to forward to another phone at the moment (better in general to a third-party cell phone)
  

Would like (but not required):

• the ability to connect a headset
  
• the ability to receive / send a fax
  
• connected to a laptop and had access to functionality via ip (for example, view numbers, set up call forwarding, ...)
  

Now we are looking at the Panasonic KX-T7730 system phone model, but it is not quite what you need, what can you advise?

I use Panasonic KX-TGP500 for work. This is a DECT base and handset.
Able speakerphone, conference, call transfer ("manual forwarding").
The headset is Plantronics C65, it works via DECT and docks with the base as another handset.
Everything else is done using Asterisk.

A bunch of these functions are implemented by the phone together with the PBX. So the main question is where will you stick this phone? A Panasonic phone can only be plugged into a special Panasonic PBX board.
