My friends and I decided to open a hostel in St. Petersburg. We have almost zero start, but we believe that everything will work out.
I ask you to tell me how competently (using what services) you can organize a mass mailing to a large database of e-mail addresses?

You have a good base, 800.000 without cheating!
I stopped in due time at www.marketion.ru/price.html
Especially if the base is Russian. True, they demand to prove the origin of the base.
It turns out that you can either take the maximum tariff (M6) or 2 different M5 accounts, which will be cheaper. True, it is not very convenient if the mailing is not one-time.
My base, though 4 times smaller, but we send out 1-2 times a month, no complaints!

What do you call a "big" base?
If it's up to 10,000 addresses, then just send from your server, with correctly set spf, dkim, etc.

We use sendgrid.com , we have our own API, it stores statistics of delivered emails, emails marked as spam, delivery errors. Almost everything can be implemented through the API. The user base is loaded using a .csv file. In the file, in addition to the username and email address, there may be many fields that will be inserted into the letter.
