Slug for custom post type, how to implement nesting display?

There is such a function for creating arbitrary post types.

And there are categories for this entry (nested):

When found directly in the entry itself, the url is displayed on top:

Actually, the question is, how to make the nesting appear in the url?
those. url like : category/sub-category/post-name
WordPress just ignores permalink settings:

upd: for regular WordPress posts, it works, for my posts it doesn't :(
